Many of our students are actively involved in life outside the classroom. We offer a variety of clubs and activities so they can pursue their interests and develop new ones.

Students gather to share their love of anime monthly. Films, graphic novels, and new literature are shared.

Explore ways to express yourself through visual art. All levels of experience, and all types of visual artists are welcome. Tell a story through your favorite medium!

Our African American students come together to share stories and support for each other, helping to ensure that our school community is a place of welcome for all.

Environmental issues, such as bee keeping, are our main focus. Join us as we attend the WNY Environmental Summit to discuss issues with other students, and local leaders in the WNY community, and learn how to tend a beehive!

Book Club meets monthly to discuss what they’re reading as a group. The club explores literature types such as graphic novels, classics, and contemporary literature.

Students learn about the gift of life through blood and organ donation, while learning about equity and blood supply. The club also holds an annual blood drive.

Students share their creative writing pieces with their peers and receive constructive feedback, along with writing workshops.

Performance based team. Complements and competes with the marching band. 

An entirely student-run organization dedicated to producing a play every spring. Leaders include a student director, student producers, and a student stage manager. Male students from local high schools are welcomed and encouraged to audition. 

Come play all girls intramural football. 

Students raise funds for specific causes, like an annual freshman scholarship. The ensemble also sings at local events and senior centers.

We love to laugh. Join if you do, too. 

Did you know that knitting and crocheting is just as relaxing as meditating? Students of any skill level can join Knitting Club and give it a try!

Be a part of the only all-girl marching band in NYS!

Mathletes practice for and participate in Mathleague.org competitions that take place at D’Youville University.

Students gain experience in diplomacy, negotiation, and decision making as they become “delegates” of nations in the UN. 

MSM students are able to learn about the procedures of the United Nations and international conflict as they attempt to resolve current global issues.

Do you like learning about new languages, cultures, and tourist attractions? Then the multicultural club is for you!

The club has a different theme at each monthly meeting and members explore it through challenges, games, crafts and more!

Our annual musical showcases the vocal, instrumental, and dance talents of our students.

NHS recognizes our academic talent at The Mount. Members work to promote the four pillars: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

The purpose of SERVE Club is to promote service to all people in need in our school community and beyond! SERVE Club is one of MSM’s largest clubs and provides a variety of opportunities for community service to the school and the greater Western New York region. The club stresses the importance of showing God gratitude for all of the many blessings the students of Mount St. Mary Academy have in their lives, and strives to make a difference in ways both big and small.

Join our committee of elected student-government officials who work to promote student leadership, unity, and school spirit.
